That spills over to our emotions and often we begin to feel the aches and pains in our physical body.
If the stress is not addressed, stress will begin to affect our health and now we have something we need to treat.

Yogahood is a wellness community with a goal to bring holistic methods and practices to help individuals who find themselves in a chapter in life that is demanding, out of balance and lacking the everyday joys due to feeling burnt out.
To be the best version of ourselves in all areas of our lives, it takes intentional time to reconnect with the true you. Bring back your joy for life, enjoy the little moments, lower stress, improve your health and allow your light to shine.

It’s all about the experience
Yogahood’s owner Jessica Iturralde is a seasoned executive corporate event planner and a RYT 500 Hour Instructor, pursing Yoga Therapy.
Her approach is to create experiences for transformation that is unique to the individual yet designed for a conference or event of any size. (digital or live) Yoga is about going within and removing the layers we have accumulated over time to find the true you.
